Coach Patrick Williams

 

 

 

Patrick Williams teaches eighth grade Business Technology at B.M.S., and has taught at Boaz Middle for nine of his fifteen years of teaching.  Coach Williams grew up in Boaz, and graduated from Boaz High School in 1988. After graduating, he attended Snead State Junior College, where he received an Associate’s degree in General Education.  After that, he went on to Jacksonville State University where he received a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, and an Administration Certificate. Coach Williams also coaches the seventh and eighth grade B.M.S. Lady Pirates’ basketball teams. He is also known as the "Voice of the Pirates", for doing the radio broadcasts for Boaz High School football for the past fourteen seasons.

Patrick Williams's family includes his wife LaShea, eleven-year-old son Peyton, and eight-year-old daughter McKenna. His pets include three dogs, Daisy, Brownie, and Bella, and three cats, Frisky, Aubie, and Flossie.

Coach Williams enjoys playing golf whenever he can.  He has been a P.A. announcer at the state high school basketball tournament in Birmingham since 2001.
