Paul D. Lackey teaches sixth grade Earth Science, seventh grade Life Science, and eighth grade Physical Science. He has been teaching for five years, and this is his third year at BMS. Mr. Lackey grew up in Boaz, and graduated from Boaz High School. A graduate from Snead State Community College and Jacksonville State University, he holds a BS in Exercise Science, a Minor in Biology, and a Masters in Secondary Education with concentration in Biology.

       Mr. Lackey is married to Sonya Lackey, with two sons, Judson (7), and Reece (3). Snickers, his Miniature Schnauzer, is 9 months old, and also an important member of his family.
